Elle ne se limite donc pas \u00e0 r\u00e9affirmer un principe d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant en droit europ\u00e9en, mais introduit des outils concrets pour faire appara\u00eetre d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles disparit\u00e9s de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et faciliter l\u2019exercice des droits des travailleurs et des travailleuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le c\u0153ur de la Directive est la transparence : davantage d\u2019informations disponibles, une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 sur les crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9termination des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations et, par cons\u00e9quent, davantage d\u2019outils pour permettre aux travailleurs d\u2019identifier d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles diff\u00e9rences injustifi\u00e9es. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, la Directive marque un v\u00e9ritable tournant, car elle transforme un principe jusqu\u2019ici largement th\u00e9orique en une obligation concr\u00e8te et op\u00e9rationnelle. Les employeurs sont ainsi tenus de garantir un niveau bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de clart\u00e9 et de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9canismes qui d\u00e9terminent les salaires, les classifications professionnelles et les \u00e9volutions de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoute un mod\u00e8le de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019application des nouvelles r\u00e8gles sensiblement plus incisif.
