A transformation that accelerates timelines and decision-making, also thanks to the ability to rapidly process large volumes of information.

“This entails a gradual revision of organizational structures, with, in some cases, effects on employment levels. At the same time, the need for human oversight in decision-making phases and in process control is becoming stronger,” De Angeli emphasizes.
