Separated agreement on Commercial sector

On February 26, the trade unions Confcommercio, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs-Uil signed a draft of separate agreement for the renewal of National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commercial sector, with effects – for some specific provisions and for the economic part – starting from January 1 2011 until 31 December 2013. 
The mentioned agreement, not signed by Filcams-Cgil, establishes outstanding normative and economic amendments, regarding, for examples: (i) health care and pension funds contribution; (ii) trial period; (iii) paid leaves; (iv)sick pay; (v)notice period for employee’s resignation; (vi)arbitration; (vii)special part for sellers.
Furthermore, it is provided the renewal of the economic part of the agreement, with a not absorbable salary increases , with retroactive effect from January 1, 2011.
