INPS: NEW PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING AUTHORISATIONS FOR REDUNDANCY FUND AND SOLIDARITY CONTRACTS

INPS, with memorandum No. 148 of 22^nd November, 2011, communicated the new procedure for the submission of the requests in order to obtain the authorization for extraordinary redundancy fund (so called “CIGS”) and solidarity contracts, which, with effect from 1^stJanuary 2012, will be exclusively sent through the online procedure available on its website and accessible using a PIN. In order to inform companies and consultants, it is provided for a provisional period, from 1^st to 31^st January, 2012, during which the previous procedures for sending the mentioned requests will be however allowed.
