INPS, with memorandum No. 13/2013, summing up the social security contribution situation for 2013, pointed out that some of the usual extensions, which generally extend certain institutions to the following year, have not been confirmed for 2013. The most significant non-extension concerns the possibility of inclusion in the lists of mobility for employees dismissed for justified ground (so called “giustificato motivo oggettivo”) for which the conditions for the mobility procedures cannot be applied.
