Alessandra Zilla graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2009 and she is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2012.
Alessandra has been collaborating with De Luca & Partners since February 2020, after having gained experience in all the main areas of labour law at major Italian law firms based in Milan.

Alessandra assists Italian and multinational companies in all aspects of employment law, with a particular focus on employment litigation, restructuring and reorganization procedures, collective and individual dismissals, as well as industrial relations.
As head of litigation, she coordinates and manages complex employment disputes, defining the most effective defense strategies, leading work teams, and ensuring strong client representation before various judicial authorities.
In particular, she handles the drafting and review of negotiations, contracts, settlement agreements, and corporate policies.
Alessandra has collaborated in the drafting of handbooks and articles on labour law published in specialized magazines (Il Sole 24 Ore, il Quotidiano del Lavoro).
