The Firm offers assistance to companies in all matters concerning their businesses and since it was founded it has worked on the reorganisations and restructurings of companies and has been directly involved in their business relations.

Our experience in restructuring, trade union and business relations and in redundancy procedures and solidarity contracts is well known and, for this reason, we have a long standing commission for the restructuring and use of redundancy arrangements with ARIFL – The Regional Agency for Education, Training and Employment in Lombardy.

The Firm also works closely in partnership with numerous business law firms, private equity firms and investment funds to manage the work aspects of M&A and corporate restructuring operations.

The Firm’s services also include the right of agency, the right of trade union relations, the right of health and safety at work, the right of social security and
immigration law.

As part of its expertise in Labour Law, the Firm provides its clients with advice on the protection of personal data and the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/01.
