Compliance with administrative responsibility of entities (Legislative Decree 231/01)

Since the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, came into force, the professionals of De Luca & Partners have dealt with issues related to the administrative liability of entities in view of its significant impact in the field of employment law.

Specifically, De Luca & Partners’ professionals support client companies:

  • in the implementation, implementation, management and updating of the Codes of Ethics, of the Models of organisation, management and control and of the procedures/protocols for monitoring processes at risk of committing offences, as well as in the definition of a disciplinary system;
  • training and refresher courses for employees on administrative responsibility.
