Martina De Angeli has been collaborating with the De Luca and Partners Law Firm since 2019 and coordinates the firm’s Compliance Department, specialized in Data Protection (GDPR), Health & Safety and corporate liability under Legislative Decree no. 231/01, after having worked as a legal consultant with a national consulting firm.
Martina graduated in Jurisprudence from Trieste University in 2016.
After graduating, she attended a specialisation course at the National School of A.I.G.I. – Italian Association of Corporate Lawyers, studying the profession and role of Corporate Lawyers.

Martina mainly deals with corporate compliance, with a particular focus on advising on personal data protection law, occupational health and safety, and the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as drafting corporate procedures, policies, and regulations.
She supports companies in the preparation and updating of mandatory documentation, in defining internal procedures, and in managing relations with supervisory authorities. She provides advisory services both in the preventive phase and during the management of inspections, internal audits, and sanctioning proceedings, adopting a risk‑prevention‑oriented approach aimed at safeguarding the organization.
Martina has penned articles about Labor Law which have been published in specialized magazines (including il Quotidiano del Lavoro, NT Plus Diritto Lavoro).
