Martina De Angeli has been collaborating with the De Luca and Partners Law Firm since 2019 and coordinates the firm’s Compliance Department after having worked as a legal consultant with a national consulting firm.
Martina graduated in Jurisprudence from Trieste University in 2016.
After graduating, she attended a specialisation course at the National School of A.I.G.I. – Italian Association of Corporate Lawyers, studying the profession and role of Corporate Lawyers.
Within her area of expertise, Martina has in-depth knowledge of the legislation on Data Protection (GDPR), Legal Governance, Risk & Compliance law (Legislative Decree no. 231/01); Health & Safety (H&S, Legislative Decree no. 81/08), privacy, data protection (GDPR) and compliance in general. This also encompasses occupational safety, intellectual property law applied to the employment relationship and compliance issues in general, including corporate liability under Legislative Decree no. 231/01
Martina has penned articles about Labor Law which have been published in specialized magazines (including il Quotidiano del Lavoro, NT Plus Diritto Lavoro).
