Our approach
The firm adopted an integrated and ongoing approach aimed at supporting the client in both day-to-day management and extraordinary operations concerning the agency network. Particular attention was paid to establishing a coherent contractual framework, redefining agents’ responsibilities (territories, product scope and commissions) and preventing legal risks associated with the management of such relationships.
Our intervention
We assisted the client in drafting master agency agreements, managing modifications to existing relationships and resolving operational and contractual issues. The firm also supported the company in handling the termination of agency relationships, preparing termination notices and conducting negotiations with agents, ensuring a structured and effective management of the entire sales network.
