Our intervention
We assisted the client throughout the entire restructuring process, drafting the necessary documentation, including individual dismissal letters, and supporting negotiations with the employees’ legal counsel. The firm also handled the execution of settlement agreements with the affected employees, enabling the client to manage the process effectively while minimising litigation risks.
