Roberta De Felice graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2015 and has been a member of the Order of Employment Consultants of Milan since 2019.
Roberta has been working with HR Capital S.r.l. since 2015 and collaborates with De Luca & Partners providing employment advice in a number of areas from social security to corporate welfare and assisting the firm in the organisation and management of Client company employment and personnel.
Roberta is an expert in all areas of labour consulting, including social security, international employee mobility, and corporate welfare.
Roberta has penned articles on employment issues which have been published in specialized magazines (including Il Sole 24 Ore’s Corriere delle Paghe).
