Silvia Zulato has been working with De Luca & Partners Law Firm since 2025. Prior to this she worked for several years as an employment lawyer at the employment department of leading law firms based in Milan.
Silvia graduated cum laude in 2017 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and she passed the Bar exam in 2019, being a member of the Bar Association of Milan.

Silvia assists Italian and international companies with all employment law matters, with a particular focus on out-of-court advisory work, also providing dedicated support to executives and managers. She also offers strategic and operational assistance in corporate and M&A transactions, including acquisitions, reorganizations, and corporate restructurings, handling related employment law aspects and ensuring integrated solutions that combine employment law and corporate law.
Silvia is the author of some articles on employment law published in specialised journals.
