Vincenzo De Luca

Vincenzo De Luca, employment lawyer and labour consultant, is the Founding Partner of the Firm.

From the early 1960s to the mid-1970s, he gained his professional experience working for leading industrial associations in Lombardy, where he was witness to the first legislative innovations in the field of employment law and played a key role in the new trade union bargaining laws, after the stipulation of important, national level, collective bargaining agreements and the implementation of Act 300 of 1970 (Workers Statute).
