Since the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, came into force, the professionals of De Luca & Partners have dealt with issues related to the administrative liability of entities in view of its significant impact in the field of employment law.

Specifically, De Luca & Partners’ professionals support client companies:

  • defining and monitoring the internal control system and managing risks in accordance with national and international best practices and reference guidelines (risk mapping, gap analysis, risk assessment, information flows, whistleblowing systems);
  • in the implementation, implementation, management and updating of the Codes of Ethics, of the Models of organisation, management and control and of the procedures/protocols for monitoring processes at risk of committing offences, as well as in the definition of a disciplinary system;
