Our approach
The firm adopted an integrated approach aimed at supporting the client in designing the reorganisation plan in line with the group’s global strategy. Particular attention was paid to managing industrial relations dynamics and developing an employment law framework suitable for the transformation process.
Our intervention
We assisted the client in structuring and implementing the restructuring programme, supporting negotiations with national trade union representatives and Confindustria. Our intervention enabled the process to be managed in a structured manner, balancing organisational needs with social sustainability.
