A company operating in the industrial sector required assistance in litigation brought by a senior executive following the termination of his employment and removal from corporate offices, including claims challenging the dismissal and seeking compensation.
Our approach

Our intervention

The matter was ultimately resolved through a settlement agreement, ensuring a swift and effective resolution while mitigating litigation risks.
