Judicial and out-of-court management of executive dismissal disputes 

Client request 

A company operating in the industrial sector required assistance in litigation brought by a senior executive following the termination of his employment and removal from corporate offices, including claims challenging the dismissal and seeking compensation. 

Our approach 

The firm adopted a strategic and integrated approach aimed at managing both the litigation phase and the potential out-of-court settlement. Particular attention was given to assessing procedural risks, building a strong defence strategy and handling negotiations in order to ensure efficiency and limit financial exposure. 

Our intervention 

We assisted the client in drafting and filing defence briefs and in managing the proceedings before the Labour Court, as well as in negotiations with the opposing party. The matter was ultimately resolved through a settlement agreement, ensuring a swift and effective resolution while mitigating litigation risks.
