Our approach
The firm adopted an integrated and pragmatic approach aimed at supporting the client in interpreting and implementing emergency measures. Particular attention was paid to the proper classification of employee absences, the implementation of flexible working arrangements and the identification of appropriate support tools.
Our intervention
We assisted the client in implementing smart working and defining the relevant regulatory framework, managing employee absences (holiday leave, illness, quarantine) and accessing wage supplementation schemes (CIGO related to the Covid‑19 emergency), including drafting communications to trade unions. The firm also supported the implementation of a pilot health screening project involving 101 employees, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and preparing the relevant documentation.
