Our approach
The firm adopted an integrated and strategic approach aimed at identifying the most effective workforce management solutions in the context of the acquisition. Particular attention was paid to timing, selection of appropriate employment law instruments and mitigation of risks associated with the reorganisation.
Our intervention
We assisted the client in managing the transfer of approximately 70% of the employment contracts to the acquiring company, while handling the termination of the remaining employment relationships through collective redundancy procedures. The firm played a central role in structuring the transaction and planning its implementation, ensuring an effective and compliant process.
