Our approach

Our intervention
We assisted the client in drafting a master agreement and the related implementation documentation governing relationships among group companies on a global scale, including service outsourcing and secondment of executives. The engagement required coordination with the legal departments of foreign affiliates and other advisors, ensuring a structured, compliant and efficient management of intercompany arrangements.
