An employee may record a conversation with his superior for the purposes of using it in a civil case. With ruling no. 27424/14, the Cassation Court upheld the legality of recording a conversation with a superior for the purposes of using it in a civil case, since the recording between people present performed by a subject taking part in the talks has considered as proof, both in a criminal and civil venues.
