DO YOU KNOW THAT…is the notice necessary in the case of cross-border secondments?

30 Nov 2016

Ministerial Decree dated 10 August 2016, which defines the operative standards and rules for the electronic transmission of notices from foreign companies who second workers in Italy, went into force on 27 October 2016. More specifically, within 24 hours from the day before the starting date of the secondment, the foreign company must e-mail the form Uni_distacco_UE that may be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Labour, indicating the full details of the worker and secondment dates. Any amendments to this notice should be sent within no more than 5 days from the date the same are known. Temporary employment agencies are also required to fulfil these obligations.
