With Circular no. 5/2010, INPS explained the conditions required for recognition of the financial incentive introduced by art. 7-ter of Italian Law 33/09. Employers that hire workers receiving shock absorbers for the years 2009 and 2010 in derogation, dismissed or suspended due to total or partial termination of the activity or due to examination proceedings by companies not falling under the provisions of Law no. 223/91 may benefit from this monthly incentive.
