Alessandra Zilla graduated with honors from the University of Milan in 2009 and she is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2012.
Alessandra has been collaborating with De Luca & Partners since February 2020, after having gained experience in all the main areas of labour law at major Italian law firms based in Milan.

Alessandra advises Italian and multinational companies active in different sectors – such as, energy, cosmetics and fashion – on all relevant aspects of employment law, including restructuring and reorganisation procedures, collective and individual dismissals and industrial relation.
Furthermore, she manages drafting and reviewing negotiations, contracts, settlement agreement and company policies.
As Head of Litigation, she is responsible for leading and managing all employment-related disputes and litigation matters, defining legal strategies, coordinating teams, and ensuring effective representation of clients in complex legal proceedings.
Alessandra has collaborated in the drafting of handbooks and articles on labour law published in specialized magazines (Il Sole 24 Ore, il Quotidiano del Lavoro).
