Chiara Carminati joined De Luca & Partners Law Firm in 2023, having previously worked in law firms focusing on Employment law.
Chiara graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2017 and is registered as member of the Milan Bar Association since 2019.
After graduating she obtained an LL.M. at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Chiara is an expert in all areas of employment law and offers legal advice to Italian and foreign companies, as well as providing assistance in court proceedings.
Chiara has penned articles about Labor Law which have been published in specialized magazines (including il Quotidiano del Lavoro, NT Plus Diritto Lavoro).
