Irene Crisci joined Studio Legale De Luca & Partners in 2023, having previously specialised in Employment Law within both Italian and international law firms.
Irene graduated from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2019 and has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2023.
After graduating, she obtained a PhD in Labour Law from the University of Milan-Bicocca, with a thesis entitled “Il rapporto di lavoro dirigenziale alla prova dell’evoluzione dei modelli organizzativi di impresa” (The managerial employment relationship under review with the evolution of business organisational models).
Irene is an expert in all areas of employment law and offers legal advice to Italian and foreign companies, as well as providing assistance in court proceedings.
Irene has penned articles about Labor Law which have been published in specialized magazines (including il Quotidiano del Lavoro, NT Plus Diritto Lavoro).
