Client request 

A leading company in the international market of accessories for smartphones and tablets required assistance in assessing the economic and social security implications related to pension system choices applicable to its managers. 

Our approach 

The firm adopted an analytical and multidisciplinary approach aimed at evaluating the effects of switching from the mixed pension system to the contributory system. Particular attention was paid to indirect tax and social security impacts, as well as to the implications for compensation and incentive policies. 

Our intervention 

We supported the client in analysing the economic effects arising from the redistribution to managers of the savings generated by exercising the pension option, also taking into account indirect tax and social security implications. Our intervention enabled the client to make informed decisions aligned with its management and incentive strategies.
