A leading European managed services provider, employing more than 1,800 people across 24 locations, required assistance in a litigation initiated before the Labour Court of Milan by a self-employed contractor seeking the reclassification of his relationship into employment with executive status.

Our intervention
We assisted the client in managing the litigation concerning claims for recognition of an employment relationship, unlawful dismissal and related indemnities. The matter was ultimately resolved through a settlement agreement, ensuring a comprehensive and final resolution of the dispute and any potential claims arising from the relationship.
