An Italian company, world leader in developing and supplying solutions for the gas cooking and heating industry, required assistance in the acquisition of a group company, with particular focus on employment law and workforce-related implications.
Our approach
The firm adopted an integrated approach aimed at addressing all employment law aspects related to the transaction, with particular attention to trade union consultation procedures and the challenges arising from the integration of the two companies. Specific focus was placed on harmonising the different collective agreements applied.
Our intervention
We assisted the client in the trade union consultation procedure pursuant to Article 47 of Law No. 428/1990 and in managing the integration process between the companies, including the harmonisation of collective bargaining agreements applicable to the workforce. Our intervention ensured a coordinated execution of the transaction, maintaining operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
