Reorganisation of Sales & Marketing functions through workforce rationalisation

A global company operating in the production and distribution of products for scientific research and clinical diagnostics required assistance in reorganising its Sales and Marketing functions through targeted rationalisation of activities and professional roles.   

Our approach

The firm adopted a structured and risk-oriented approach aimed at assessing the feasibility of the project, defining timelines and identifying key areas of risk. Particular focus was placed on identifying solutions to minimise the impact of the reorganisation on both the company and its employees.  

Our intervention

 We assisted the client in preparing the documentation required to initiate the procedure pursuant to Article 7 of Law No. 604/1966, conducting negotiations with employees’ legal representatives and representing the company before the relevant authorities. The process was successfully completed through individual agreements, with no subsequent litigation.
