An Italian company, leader in the production and sale of luxury furniture, required assistance in managing the termination of its former General Manager, with particular focus on assessing the feasibility of a dismissal for objective reasons and limiting litigation risks.
Our approach

We assisted the client in drafting the dismissal letter and in conducting negotiations with the executive’s legal counsel, leading to the settlement of the dispute. Our intervention ensured an effective and structured management of the executive’s exit while mitigating litigation risks.
