HIRING DISABLED EMPLOYEES: NEW PROCEDURE (IL SOLE 24 ORE, DECEMBER 14, 2013, PAGE 23)

The Ministry of Labour, with note no. 16522 of 12 December 2013, provided briefings on online procedures for the communications by employers who have to hire employees with disabilities. The effectiveness of the new rules, introduced by the Directorial Decree n. 345/13, will start at 19,00 of 14 January 2014 and the deadline for the submission of the informative statement shall be postponed to 15 February 2014.
