Valentino Biasi joined De Luca & Partners in 2008 and has almost twenty years of experience in employment law, advising Italian and international companies, in all phases of the management of employment relationships. In particular, Mr Biasi has extensive knowledge of corporate restructuring and reorganisation processes, with a focus on trade union negotiations in the context of collective dismissal procedures, extraordinary transactions and collective transfers, and on the employment law aspects of extraordinary transactions. He has also developed specific expertise in agency law.
