INPS: NEW METHODS FOR CREDITS COLLECTION

Many legal regulations concerning the collection of social security contributions have been issue in the recent period. Starting from 1^st January 2011, the so called “avviso bonario”, used by the competent Authority, aimed at obtaining the contribution debts payment, will not be effective anymore. In addition, the Law no. 122/2010, effective from 31^st May 2010, forbids INPS to grant the suspension request of the tax form collection. Furthermore, Article 38, paragraph 12 of the mentioned Law, allows INPS, until 31^st December 2010, to require the entry of not lapsed credits for trial, also after the withdrawal period.
