Ministry of Labour: operative procedure for broking activity

Ministry of Labour, with note no. 0006154 of December 20, 2011, has clarified the recent news introduced by the Decree dated September 20, 2011 – issued to the Official Gazette n. 282 of December 3, 2011 – relating to broking activity carried out by new subjects authorized in compliance with the provision of the art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 276/2003, introduced by art. 29 Law 111/2011.
