De Luca & Partners, the boutique turns 50 years old (MAG – Legalcommunity, 13 April 2026 – Vincenzo De Luca, Vittorio De Luca e Roberta Padula)
It was 1976 when labor lawyer Vincenzo De Luca decided to open his firm in Milan. He came from Barletta and rented a small office in Largo Corsia dei Servi.
One room, a terrace, a typewriter, and a payphone. Over twenty years, he laid the foundations for the development of a professional project dedicated to labor law. “I am credited with having started the firm,” says lawyer De Luca, “but the real turning point came in 1996, when my son Vittorio joined, and together we carried out a true refoundation.”
“Among my childhood memories,” says Vittorio De Luca, managing partner of De Luca & Partners, speaking to MAG, “there is my father working at his typewriter, using clippings from legal journals and law codes. Then he would leave the house for negotiations that would go on non-stop for days and nights.”
In 1996, a process of radical structuring began, leading to the establishment of the firm as it exists today. Still exclusively focused on labor law, De Luca & Partners is now located in San Babila and can rely on more than 15 professionals who every day provide assistance to companies on all matters related to internal organization, privacy, extraordinary transactions, and litigation.
In parallel with legislative and case-law developments, De Luca & Partners has progressively expanded its professional structure, both in terms of organization, IT systems, and personnel. In fact, the firm is structured with the processes of a true business.
