PENSIONS: REACHED THE AGREEMENT ON THE PENSIONABLE AGE RAISING FOR FEMALE EMPLOYEES

The retirement age for female employees will begin to rise very gradually as of 2020 and will arrive at 65 year-old in 2032. The mentioned is the final version of the female pensions plan on which an agreement has been reached after the refusal of Lega party on the first hypothesis proposed by the Treasury Minister (one year-old increase every two years). The social security provisions also include the anticipation from 2015 to 2014 of the mechanism concerning the connection between the moment of retirement and life expectancy, the stoppage of the revaluation of the so called “gold” pensions and the provision against the family assistants regarding the pensions called “di reversibilità”.
