De Luca & Partners obtains Great Place to Work® certification

Since its foundation, De Luca & Partners has set itself the goal of being an excellent workplace, placing commitment to people at the heart of its values and offering rewarding professional opportunities in an environment characterised by strong relationships of trust.

For this reason, we decided to participate in the 2023 survey by Great Place to Work® Institute Italia to assess our Firm’s business environment and obtain the Great Place to Work® certification, which was awarded to us.

We are particularly proud of this certification which represents a fundamental starting point for the constant improvement and development of our people, the true backbone of the Firm.

Their words reveal some of the reasons that make De Luca & Partners a Great Place To Work®:

“I consider this working environment to be a special place because, before any other aspect, the focus is on people and the human, ethical and moral respect for all those who are part of the Firm: values such as honesty, transparency and kindness have always distinguished De Luca & Partners from the first day I joined.”

“The care that the managers have towards the staff is a fundamental part of the spirit of De Luca & Partners: you feel an integral part of the organisation right from the start and you perceive the value that is given to every single person, making them feel listened to and understood.”
