Convention “Intelligence” and security in the company – Protection and management of company assets – 2 March 2016, Istituto Internazionale di Documentazione Economica, Hotel NH President, Largo Augusto, 10, Milan

Elena Cannone, of De Luca & Partners, will be one of the speakers at the convention “Intelligence” and security in the company – Protection and management of company assets, organised by the Istituto Internazionale di Documentazione Economica on 2 March 2016 at the Hotel NH President in Largo Augusto, 10 – Milan.

The aim of the convention is to share experiences and evaluations related to the protection of company tangible and intangible assets. At present the concept of property has broadened, including considering the Value acquired by information, IT data and the importance of the company’s image; it is fundamental to avoid any reputational risk. Issues related to the analysis of unfair or illegal behaviour of employees and the new strict approach to internal monitoring based on the current Jobs Act provisions, within the framework of legislation concerning privacy and changes introduced by the European Regulation on the protection of personal data will be examined during the day.
