Human resources, good practices on the podium (L’Economia, Corriere della Sera, 4 June 2018 – Vittorio De Luca)

Lawyers are now those to take care of awarding a prize to virtuous companies. The first edition of Excellence Innovation HR award has kicked off, that is an award aimed at the companies doing business in Italy that fosters reflection on the best practices in the labour market and in human resources management, pointing out the excellence capable of really boosting the business, focusing on competitiveness, productivity, but also on social cohesion, conflict resolution and, more in general, on the wellbeing of individuals and the health of the economy. De Luca & Partners promotes the award, a Milan law firm practising law around all Italy, also in cross-border transactions, rendering advice and assistance in labour law, in industrial relations law and in agency law. <On the 40th anniversary of the law we have reflected on the values inspiring the law firm’s business since its foundation – states Vittorio De Luca, Managing Partner. We would like to promote them through the award, developing an independent reflection on the principles inspiring the best transactions in the labour market, capable of combining competitiveness with the wellbeing of the company and of the individuals working in the company.>, he added. The panel of the first edition has eight members, amongst whom, Alessandro Zollo, managing director of Great Place to Work lnstitute Italia, Federico Versace, expert in ESG sustainability management, Federica Poli, professor at the Department of Economics and Business of Università Cattolica di Milano, Raffaella Cagliano, lecturer at the School of Management of Milan Polytechnic University, Stefano Nigro, investments director of Agenzia lce and Fulvio Matone, general manager of PoliS-Lombardia.
