Melismelis signs the campaign for the 50th anniversary of De Luca & Partners

For the historic labor law firm, the agency developed the 50th-anniversary logo and advertising campaign, managed online and offline media planning, and renewed the website’s visual identity.

Milan, March 3, 2026 – De Luca & Partners, one of Italy’s most authoritative labor law firms, has chosen to celebrate the significant milestone of its 50th anniversary with a major communication campaign. The project was entrusted to Melismelis, an independent integrated communication agency and long-standing partner of the firm, and involved multiple aspects of communication, aiming to highlight the history, authority, and growth journey of a firm that has been supporting businesses in labor market challenges for half a century.

“We are at the dawn of our next 50 years.” This is the headline created by the agency to accompany the celebrations and convey the firm’s ability to look toward the future while maintaining continuity and leveraging its extensive experience.

Specifically, Melismelis handled the 50th-anniversary celebratory logo, developed the creative concept for the campaign, and carried out a website redesign, making the navigation experience even clearer and more fluid. This coherent evolution allows the De Luca & Partners website to continue serving as a reliable and effective information hub—not only for the firm’s clients but also for stakeholders and industry interlocutors.

To complete the project, Melismelis also defined and managed, in collaboration with iCorporate, a media plan spanning Il Sole 24 Ore and Corriere della Sera, complemented by a digital campaign on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

“De Luca & Partners’ 50 years represent a significant milestone in a journey we have been following for many years,” commented Federico Broggi, Head of Digital & PR at Melismelis. “We worked on a brand image renewal project that highlights the firm’s history and identity, intervening consistently across the main communication touchpoints—from the logo to the website and media planning—with a forward-looking perspective.”
