Alessandro Ferrari

Alessandro Ferrari has been working with De Luca & Partners Law Firm since 2024. Prior to this he worked for several years as an employment lawyer at international firms based in Milan and for a leading consulting firm.

Alessandro graduated from the University of Milan in 2016, and since then has attended several training courses, including a specialised course in sports law at the University of Bologna and, most recently, Advanced Training School (Scuola di Alta Formazione) of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, ‘AGI’).

PRACTICE

Alessandro is an expert in all employment law issues and provides legal advice to Italian and foreign companies, as well as providing assistance in court proceedings.
He regularly advises major multinational corporations on employment law aspects of their Corporate/M&A transactions, including acquisitions, reorganisations and corporate restructurings.
