Vittorio De Luca, si è unito allo Studio De Luca nel 1996 e ricopre il ruolo di Managing Partner dal 1999.
Prima di unirsi allo Studio, ha lavorato per Loyens & Loeff (ex Loyens & Volkmaars – Amsterdam) e Studio Deiure (Milano).
Fa parte del Comitato scientifico per il contenzioso sul lavoro de “Il Sole 24 Ore” e della commissione di Diritto del Lavoro dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano.
Dal 2000 e per oltre dieci anni è stato cultore della materia presso l’Istituto del diritto del lavoro dell’Università degli Studi di Milano.

He is the author of numerous publications and books on employment matters, including Industrial Relations Law Across the World, De Luca & Partners, Wolters Kluwer-Ipsoa; Employment and Labour Laws and Regulations, Global Legal Insights; Corporate Immigration Laws and Regulations, ICLG.
De Luca is a go-to media contact as an expert in labour and employment law and as such he often is invited as a speaker at seminars and conferences in both Italy and abroad. In 2015, he was invited by SHRM to Detroit, Michigan.
