Administrative liability of bodies: United Kingdom implements a law equivalent to Italian Law 231/2001

Dal 1° luglio 2011 anche il Regno Unito ha l’equivalente della nostra “231”: il Bribery Act. La legge britannica recepisce, dunque, la convenzione internazionale Ocse sugli illeciti pagamenti a funzionari stranieri, con la differenza, rispetto alla nostra legislazione, della configurabilità del reato di corruzione anche tra privati. Tra le diverse disposizioni vi è l’obbligo per chiunque faccia affari nel Regno Unito, a prescindere dalla sede dell’impresa, di adeguarsi al Bribery Act con procedure e protocolli simili a quelli previsti dal nostro D. Lgs. 231/2001.
