FIXED TERM STAFF LEASING CONTRACTS WITHOUT LIMITS FOR THE COMPANY (IL SOLE 24 ORE, MAY 19, 2014, P. 35)

The law conversion of the so called “Poletti Law Decree” sets that the maximum duration of 36 months does not apply to fixed term staff leasing contracts drawn up by the “user” company. The law also confirms that also fixed term staff leasing contracts can be entered into “without cause”, except for the legal limits provided for fixed term contract (replacement of striking employees, employment in the same duties of employees fired or suspended within the previous six months, failure risk assessment).
