MINISTRY OF LABOUR: APPRENTICESHIP TO THE RELAUNCH (ITALIA OGGI, AUGUST 31, 2013, PAGE 29)

The Ministry of Labour, with note no. 35/2013, illustrated the changes introduced by the Law Decree 76/2013, converted into Law 99/2013, including those relating apprenticeship. In particular, the Ministry explained that, should within September 30 the guidelines for simplification be not approved by State-Regions Conference, the hiring for the acquisition of not specialist skills are free from the individual training plain, providing however the obligation to ensure the training aimed to the acquisition of basic and transversal skills ordered by the regions.
