RECRUITMENTS: COMMUNICATION RECTIFIABLE (Italia Oggi, May 23, 2012, page 37)

More time for the corrections of the non-essential data of the mandatory communications to “Centro per l’Impiego”. Once sent trough an online procedure, in fact, the mandatory communication will be always changed in the part concerning the so-called non-essential data (nowadays there are five days for modifying, without sanctions, the abovementioned data); while for the part regarding the essential data (e.g. the starting date of the working relationship or the type of the contract) the change will be possible within five days in order to avoid sanctions. The abovementioned discipline has been provided by the Ministry of Labour in the note No. 7191/2012 in which there are stated the new rules which will be in force by next June 16.
