On February 25, 2026, Vittorio De Luca took part in the sixth edition of the Welfare & HR Summit organized by Il Sole 24 Ore. In particular, our managing partner, Vittorio De Luca, spoke about how the Jobs Act was intended to simplify employment protections and increase legal certainty, and about the need for a new reform capable of preventing the rulings of the Supreme Court, which dismantled the 2015 reform.
