Milan, 15 May 2023 De Luca & Partners – employment law firm announces the appointment of Valentino Biasi as a Salary Partner of the Firm.

The appointment is part of the reinforcement of the Firm’s governance process that De Luca & Partners has been pursuing for many years now, rewarding the growth of its professionals through an established meritocratic path. Valentino Biasi joined De Luca & Partners in 2008 and has almost twenty years of experience in employment law, advising Italian and international companies, in all phases of the management of employment relationships. In particular, Mr Biasi has extensive knowledge of corporate restructuring and reorganisation processes, with a focus on trade union negotiations in the context of collective dismissal procedures, extraordinary transactions and collective transfers, and on the employment law aspects of extraordinary transactions. He has also developed specific expertise in agency law.
